Here are some syntax examples.
Note that the examples on this page assume the page containing the uploaded image is named Image_Thumbnail_Example.jpg
but this could be any name and any image type (.jpg
, .png
, .gif
and so on).

Examples
No parameters
[[thumb:Image_Thumbnail_Example.jpg]]
Using the optional parameter ‘frame’ (or ‘thumb’) generates a floating box
Using ‘frame’ aligns images to the right by default.

Aligned to the right
Thumbnails that use ‘frame’ can also have a comment.

Aligned to the right and reduced in size

Using ‘none’ - stops text wrapping around the image
